Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Rancho Bernardo Poway, Poway

I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel in Rancho Bernardo Garden. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to gas stations, groceries, and restaurants, although it could be a bit tricky to find, especially at night. The rooms were decent, not directly above the noisy garage gate but had a broken mini-refrigerator around 1:30 pm despite not being the first choice due to demand, which was disappointing. The service, particularly at Garden Grille, was welcoming and accommodating, although the front desk staff came off as rude. However, the welcoming seating areas were a nice touch. Sadly, dining at $15 per adult and $9 per child was not appealing for our Dance team members and families.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious with good blackout blinds but unfortunately, they overlooked the freeway and were near a noisy generator. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to help at every turn. The location was convenient, although the $15 daily parking fee was a bit disappointing. The dining experience was above average but priced higher than expected. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.

Wow, what a wonderful stay! The hotel is located in a corner so I could enjoy picturesque mountain views from one window and scenic vistas from the other. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate and provided everything we needed. A truly upscale area!
